UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.

  2. Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  3. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

  4. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.

  5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

  6. Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization.

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

  2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.

  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and solutions, with a focus on web and/or mobile applications.

  4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

  7. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
