Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to help drive business decisions through data analysis, visualization, and insights generation. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, marketing, and operations to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and drive data-driven decision-making.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus.
